Mission
Zavod 14 promotes social liberal ideas (balancing between individual liberty and social justice) and protect liberal values (eg. democracy, the rule of law, social development, good governance etc.) Zavod 14`s mission is strengthening the civil society initiative, integration and cooperation of the interested public, transmission of perspectives of interested stakeholders to state and other institutions, cooperation in the preparation and implementation of politics, and contribution in joining the civil society initiative into international integrations.

Values that are one of the primary objectives of Zavod 14 are the development of civil society, freedom and democracy, intra-sectoral integration and cooperation of individuals and organizations, solidarity and knowledge. A guiding principle in the Zavod 14`s operation is social responsibility, rule of law, innovation, and sustainable development.

- strengthen the civil initiative in the preparation and implementation of politics on local, regional, national and European level;
- analyze and contribute to the discussion on local, regional, national and European public affairs, e.g. economy, social services, environmental protection, ethics, politics, law and the process of European integration;
- set the basis and framework for the participation of national experts, associations, politics, and academic Governing Council on local, regional, national and European level;
- deliver and support seminars, conferences, discussions and periodicals in the fields mentioned above, on local, regional and national level;
- publish periodicals.
